2A16 is a kind of heat-resistant duralumin, which is characterized by low strength at room temperature, but high creep strength at high temperature. The alloy has strength plasticity at hot state, no extrusion effect, and can be processed and strengthened. The spot welding and roll welding have good welding performance, but the tendency of crack formation is not obvious, the air tightness of the weld is good, and the corrosion stability of the weld is low, The corrosion stability of aluminum clad plate is good, and the corrosion resistance of extruded semi-finished products is not high. In order to prevent corrosion, anodic oxidation treatment or painting protection should be adopted: the machinability is good.

1. Homogenization annealing: 515 ~ 530 ℃; The heat preservation time is 12-16h; The furnace is cold.
2. Complete annealing: 380-450 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Air cooling.
3. Rapid annealing: 350-370 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Air cooling.
4. Quenching and aging: quenching 530 ~ 540 ℃, water cooling; Artificial aging (forging, sheet) 160 ~ 170 ℃, 10 ~ 16h, air cooling; Natural aging time at room temperature is unlimited.
1. Cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate are not allowed on the surface.
2. Peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with depth less than 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the defect location are allowed on the surface, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the plate.
3. The supplier is allowed to polish the profile longitudinally until the surface is smooth.

2. 15-20MT can be loaded into 20’container and 21-24MT is more suitable in 40’container;
3. The other packing can be made based on the customer requirement;
4. Normally, we have four layers of packing: wooden pallets, hardboard, Kraft paper and plastic. And fill more desiccants into package;
