1. Homogenization annealing: 460 ~ 475 ℃; Heat preservation for 12-14h; Air cooling.
2. Rapid annealing: heating 310 ~ 350 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Air or water cooled.
3. High temperature annealing: 310-335 ℃; When the thickness of finished product is more than or less than 6 mm, the holding time is 30-180 min or 30-120 min; Air cooling.
4. Low temperature annealing: 250-300 ℃ or 150-180 ℃; The holding time is 1-2 h or 2-3 h air cooling.
1. Cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate are not allowed on the surface.
2. Peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with depth less than 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the defect location are allowed on the surface, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the plate.
